Banana Chocolate chip bread
With my focus on health and providing our bodies with the proper nutrients we need through food, i ALMOST didn't post this one. It was just too good not to. Although it's not the healthiest, it's for damn sure healthier than your average chocolate chip banana bread. I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant but this is the best thing I have ever baked! I am not a huge banana lover but I had some left over bananas that i didn't want to waste, and i knew the babe likes banana bread so I figured I would give it a go! It turned out more like a brownie then bread! Hope it hits your tastes buds like it did mine!
Recipe!!
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cups flour or coconut/oat flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp baking soda & baking powder
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup stevia
don't forget your non stick spray for the pan! Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on oven, and use toothpick to check! Serving size is 6, macros below!
