At a Partner Personal Training session you can burn up to 1000 calories or more. We focus on building lean muscle, boosting your resting metabolism, so you can continue burning calories after class is over. Kamfitness combines resistance training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You will burn more calories, increase lean body mass, which will raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent.
Each day at Kamfitness is different and will focus on different muscle groups using different types of resistance and cardio exercises, working out here will NEVER get boring.
